Belleville, Downtown Master Plan

Starting with the historic block pattern and scale of the area, Office for Urbanism developed a Master Plan for downtown Bellville that aims to build upon existing strengths. Key objectives include: make the Downtown a unique experience, re-integrate the area into the surrounding context, and identify strategies to attract new tourists, residents and businesses.

Through the identification and prioritization of strategic interventions, the plan is implementation oriented, with a view to achieving both the short and long-term objectives of the Downtown.
