Office For Urbanism, as leader of a team with MBTW Group, J. H. Stevens Planning & Development Consultants (JHS), Marshall Macklin Monaghan’s (MMM), Goldsmith Borgal and Company Architects (GBCA) and Michael Spaziani Architect Inc. (MSAi)., was retained by the City of Vaughan Policy Department to identify a vision and develop the appropriate land use and urban design policy framework, and the streetscape master plan, that will guide development along Kipling Avenue in the Woodbridge area.
The Study makes recommendations for the “Study Area” that comprises the Kipling Avenue Corridor between Ellerby Square and Langstaff Road, including all the properties that address and impact the quality and character of the street, and taking into account the adjacent areas that affect directly or indirectly the development and integrity of the “Study Area”.
